After the two speeches the participants joined ten workshops in which they discussed different topics around women and leadership.
The workshops focused on the following topics:
Women & Leadership
Women & Leadership Style
Women & Corporate Culture
Do the women within Henkel want to lead?
Can women within Henkel lead? Are they allowed to do so?
What is the role of part-time work within Henkel?

How do competitors attract talented women?
The key findings from the workshop were discussed in a contradictory and challenging manner during the closing panel discussion. Kasper Rorsted, Tina Muller, Kathrin Menges, Hans-Willi Schroiff and Catrin Hinkel (executive partner of Accenture) were part of this panel. The discussion was moderated by Hans Jablonski, a diversity consultant. Other female networks from five American Henkel sites would attend the discussion via live-stream.
In addition to the sessions, information stands offered the opportunity to learn more about the WiL network, Global Diversity & Inclusion within Henkel and Social Services for women.
Overall, the Women’s Networking Day was a great success, giving important impulses to the WiL Network and clearly indicating the need for female networking within Henkel.
